How we handle your information
This is a personal wedding website run by Andrew and Madeline, not a business. Here is what it collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
The RSVP form asks for your name, whether you're attending, meal choices, dietary notes, and optionally an email address and a mobile number. The photos page takes the photos and videos you choose to share and, if you type it, your name. That's all. There are no accounts and no ads.
How we use it
RSVP answers give us a headcount, meal counts, and a seating plan. An email address lets us send you a confirmation. A mobile number, with your consent, lets us send a few reminder texts: about five between March and May 2027, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help (full terms at /sms-terms). Photos go into our album.
Where it lives
RSVP answers are stored with Supabase, our database host. Confirmation emails go out through Resend and texts through Twilio. Photos and videos upload straight from your device into a folder in Andrew's Google Drive, where only Andrew and Madeline can see them; the website itself keeps no copy and no record of who uploaded what beyond the name you typed.
Who sees it
Andrew and Madeline. Meal counts and dietary notes go to the venue and caterer. We never sell or share your information with anyone else. In particular, we do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in and consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
After the wedding
We delete mobile numbers and switch off the photo upload connection to Google Drive. The photos stay in our album.
